Another Resignation.  Resignations seem to be the order of the day at the 
capitol.  It is currently rumored in the legislature that Dr. Thomas P. Janes, 
commissioner of agriculture, will tender his resignation to-day or to-morrow.  
We are not advised why it is, but premise it is the result of the prevailing 
epidemic.  If this thing continues the legislature will run out of raw 
material to investigate, and will have to fall back on Prof. Orr.
