L. J. Boswell, Penfield.
     Greensboro, Ga., January 20.—(Special)—The death of Luther J. Boswell 
occurred at his home in Penfield.
     He was 64 years of age, represented Greene county in the state 
legislature 1894 and 1895, and was prominent in the politics of his state and 
county. He had been ill for several months and his death was not unexpected.
     He is survived by three brothers E. T. Boswell, senior, James T. Boswell 
and Den Boswell, senior.
     The funeral took place this afternoon at 2 o’clock in Penfield, Rev. J. 
A. Simpson officiating.
