DIED

Of paralytic affection, on the 1st day of April, 1851, at his residence of 
Woodville, Greene county, Ga. Nathaniel H. Whitlow, aged 61 years.

The deceased was a native of Mecklenburg county, Virginia, from whence he 
removed to Augusta, Ga., in 1825, and was engaged in Merchandise until 1841, at 
which time he retired to a farm at Woodville, Greene county.  He had been 
afflicted with paralytic affection from 1844 until his death.  He performed his 
duty as citizen, father, husband and friend, and has left a wife and three 
children to mourn his loss.
