Married.

   "It is not good for man to be alone," wrote the wise man of old, and 
appreciating this sentiment at its full value, Mr. M. (Lit.) Akins, of this 
county, was on last Friday night, joined in the holy bonds of matrimony with 
Miss S. E. Bowles of Greene county - G. G. Hixon, Esq., of the 605th District, 
G. M., of this county officiating. The bride was fair, the groom was brave, 
and the 'Squire came near fainting. Lit has our best wishes for his future 
prosperity, may his cup of happiness overflow with the realized bliss of 
wedded love, and his way through life be strewn with roses.
