Winn-Linton
Greensboro, Ga., January 14-(Special) Colonel Thomas E. Winn, former 
congressman from the ninth district, and Miss Minnie Linton, of this place, 
were married at the home of the bride, at 4 o'clock this afternoon.

The unexpected marriage is of interest to a wide circle of acquaintances 
throughout the state. 

Colonel Winn is one of Greene county's most substantial planters, and both 
parties are descendants of prominent families.
