First of all , it is my request that all my just debts be paid. Second, I give unto my beloved wife Aggy all my estate both real and personal for the term of seven years subsequent to my death. One Negro man named Epi and one negro man named Ferry, one Negro girl named (unreadable), Also the tract of land whereon I now live with the saw mill and grist mill with all and everything that appertains thereunto. Also one tract of land whereon John Leonard now lives, containing 75 acres as per deeded. Also all my accounts either by mouth or hand or otherwise. Also all my stock of every description. The intent of this my last will and testament is that the above described property with all other claims by me, whether named herein or not, to be for her use and support of my wife and children during the above described term of seven years (nigh?) Nathan, Parthania, Hamour, Randsom, Anna, William, Gilly, Thomas and Wilie, with the proviso that all incomes arising from the above named property over and above what is necessary for the proper support of my wife and children shall be equally divided between the legatees and at the expiration of the seven years subsequent to my death that an equal distribution be made between my wife and the above named legatees.
