This file was contributed by: Sharon Fuller Bell lion60@kih.net ==================================================================== Greene county Georgia Will Book F, pg 87, Will of Elijah Fuller In the name of God, Amen, I Elijah Fuller of the county of Greene, state of Georgia, being sick & weak in body, but of sound mind & memory & calling unto mind the mortality of my body & knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will & testament that is to say principally ____ of all I have. I recommend my soul unto the hands of Almighty God that gave it & my body to the dust from whence it came & as to ____ such world's estate whereas it hathe pleased God to give me within this life time d____ & all use of the same in the following manner. First it is my will & desire that all my just debts be paid as also any funeral expenses 2nd I give & bequeath to my loving wife Elizabeth Fuller the tract of lands wherein I now live during her widowhood & at her intermarriage to be sold & the money thence arising to be equally divided among the said Elizabeth Fuller, Jessee Fuller, Alfred Fuller, Green Fuller, the heirs of David Fuller, the bodily heirs of Millie Glaze, the present heirs of Phoebe Fuller, Celia Fuller, Elijah Fuller, John B. Fuller, Eliza Fuller, Martha Ann Fuller and Simon Fuller. If the said Elizabeth Fuller should die before intermarriage then all the said Land to be sold & the money thence coming to be equally divided among the rest of the above named heirs. I give & bequeath to my daughter Polly Daniel the sum of one dollar to be paid out the estate. I give & bequeath to my sons Alfred & Green Fuller the sum of one hundred & ten dollars each to be paid out my estate. I give & bequeath to the heirs of David Fuller the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid out of my estate. I give & bequeath to the present heirs of Phoebe Fuller the sum of eighty dollars. I give & bequeath to the bodily heirs of Millie Glaze the sum of eighty dollars. I give & bequeath to Celia Fuller the sum of one hundred & fifteen dollars. I give & bequeath to Elijah Fuller, John B. Fuller, Eliza Fuller, Martha Ann Fuller and Simon Fuller the sum of one hundred & fifteen dollars. I give & bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Fuller the sum of one hundred & fifteen dollars. I give & bequeath to my daughter Milly (Pg 88) Glaze the sum of one dollar. I give & bequeath to my daughter Phoebe Fuller & my son David Fuller the sum of one dollar each. It is my will & desire that all the rest of my estate be equally divided among the before mentioned heirs of Jessee Fuller, Alfred Fuller, Green Fuller, the heirs of David Fuller, the present heirs of Phoebe Fuller, the bodily heirs of Millie Glaze, Celia Fuller, Elijah Fuller, John B. Fuller, Eliza Fuller, Martha Ann Fuller & Simon Fuller & Elizabeth Fuller. It is my will & desire that my daughter Celia's part of my estate be & remain in the hands of my Executors until she hath a bodily heir, but to receive & have every advantage arising therefrom. It is also my desire that a negro woman in the name of Betty, at the distribution of my property should remain in the hands of some of my first wife's children. Lastly I constitute ordain & appoint my sons Alfred & Green Fuller my sole executors of this my last will & testament ratifying & confirming this & no other to be my last will & testament in writing whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 8th day of December one thousand eight hundred & twenty five. That they each believed him to be of perfect sound mind & memory at the time of his so doing & that they each in the presence of the testator subscribed their name in witness thereto.
