James Kennadys Will

State of Georgia  }   I James Kenady being Sick and weak in body but
Greene County    }   of sound mind do make this my last will and testament
Item 1st  I will that after my Just debts are paid that my property be 
Disposed off in the Following manner

Item 2nd  I Will and bequeath to the Lawful Heirs of my Son Andrew Kenady 
Twenty Five Acres of Land commencing on Birds line and running in such a 
manner as to Enclude the House where he now lives & spring & then up to the 
publick road so as to Enclude Twenty Five acres

Item 3rd  I will & Bequeath to my Wife Mary Kenedy the remainder of my 
property during her natural life

Item 4th  I will that after the Death of my wife that my land be equally 
divided between the heirs of Alsey Haynes Wm. Kenedy Jonathan, Kenady, Nancy 
Kenedy Mary Kenedy

Item 5th  I Will and bequeath to my Daughters Nancy & Mary Kenedy all my 
perishable Property over and above their Share in the Land

Item 6th  I Will that My Sons Jonathan & Andrew Kenady Executors to this my 
last Will and Testament

I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 16 May 1828
