This 28th day of May 1798 by me, R. Burney Georgia} Greene County} This will & Testament of Tho. King was returned to my office by the executor Alex. King whom I have this day sworn as the law directs, as executor this 30th day of August 1798. Wm. Phillips, In the name of God, Amen. I, Thomas King, of the County of Washington, revoking all other appoint this to be my last will and testament. After all my just debts and funeral expences is paid, I give all my estate both real and personal to be equally divided amongst all my children and Gran Child, (viz) Mary Ann Jones, Suzniora Jones, Elizabeth King, Fanny King, Nancy King, Thomas King and my gran child, Cinthia King, Daughter of Joseph King. I appoint Alexander King Executor of this my last will and Testament, Witnefs my hand and seal this 28th day of Jany 1798. Signed Sealed & Thos. King (seal) Delivered in presence of Jeremiah Glenn Robert Glenn Personally appeared before me Jeremiah Glenn one of the subscribing witnefses to the within will and made oath on the Holy Evangelis of Almighty God that he saw Thomas King afsign and acknowledge the written will to be his last will and testament and that he the said King appeerd to be in his proper mind at the time and that he the deponant saw Robert Glenn subscribe as a witnefs with himself.
