King, Ordinary Recorded in Will Book G, pages 339 & 340 August 4th 1868 Eugenius L. King, Ordinary Georgia} Green County} In the name of God, Amen. I Yelverton P. King, being of sound mind & disposing memory, but suffering under physical disease, deem it proper to dispose of what property is left me from the general wreck? produced by the political misfortunes of the country. I therefore make & publish this my last will & testament. Item 1 In view of the smallness of my estate & the full confidence I have in my beloved wife, Eliza F. King, that she will do what is prudent & just with my property. I bequeath all my estate, both real & personal to her absolutely. And I hereby ____ & direct that she do not make or cause to be made any inventory & appraisement of my estate or any returns to the Ordinary of her acting ____ thereunto. King, the testator, sign, and heard him declare the same as his last will and testament freely, voluntarily, and without any compulsion whatsoever, that at the time of the execution of said will, to wit, on the 20th day of May 1868, said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory; that they, deponents, together with W. H. Credille signed said will as witnesses in the presence of each other and in the presence of the testator. Sworn to and subscribed} W. L. Strain Before me in open court} R. J.
