of Ordinary of Greene Co Ga on last

Friday Oct. 1805 being 25th day of month.

The last will & testament of Thomas Owen dec'd was 
duly proven in open court by the oath of Wm. Mitchell, 
Charles Furlow & Isham S. Fannin and ordered to record.

1806-Dec. 1 Mon-Greensboro Ordered that the executor of 
Doctor Thomas Owen dec'd have leave to sell the Real 
Estate of said dec'd for the benefit of the hiers & 
creditors Appraisement of

Estate found under "Appraisements & Annual returns-Book 
E 1795-1809 Drawer 33, box 38, page 405

1805-Glenn Owen  as Ex. of his Father's will appointed 
his friend William Kennon of Caswell Co. NC to collect 
from John 

Glenn's (Father of Thomas Owen's wife) estate in Va. 
what was due to Dr. Thomas Owen's estate.

Pittsylvania Co Va...as her attorney--to collect any 
money coming to me as admin. of Thomas Owen deceased from
