Secondly. My friend Nicholas Royston I leave Executor to this my last will & Testament Signed, Sealed and Acknowledged this 4th day of Jany in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & Eight. In presents of Robert Royston Peyton Smith {Seal} Georgia - Green County Court of Ordinary July Term 1819 George Smith Brother of Peyton Smith, dec'd produced the last will and Testament of him the said Peyton dec'd & presented it for probate.
