Howell 59, of 14 Circle St. N.W. will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Carmel Methodist Church . The Rev. Claude L. Underwood will officiate. Burial will be in the churchyard. She is survived by her husband L,K. Howell; three sons, Garland and Hulon Howell, both of brookhaven, and Marvin K. Howell, of Duluth: four daughters, Mrs. C.S. Neal, Atlanta, and Mrs. Carl Waldrop; of Oregon; Mrs. Hubert Waldrop and Miss Helen Howell, both of Atlanta; Three brothers, Glen, Elmer and G.B. Rowe, all of Charlote, N.C. four sisters Mrs. May Howell, Mrs. E.E. Taylor and Mrs. Jack Samples, all of Buford, and Mrs. Myrtie Brumbelow, of Atlanta, and 12 grandchildren.
