Born in Jackson County, he was the son of the late Jesse and Bertha Kidd Kiley. He was the former operator of Briarcliff Village Texaco in Tucker. Mr. Kiley was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include two sisters, Jewell Miller, Social Circle and Carol Turk, Royston; two brothers, E.M. “Buck” Kiley, Auburn and Troy Clenton Kiley, Hoschton; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 7, in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Mr. Bill Banks and the Rev. Gene Turk officiating. Burial was in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Braselton. Carter Funeral Home, Winder, was in charge of arrangements.
