Atlanta Constitution August 14, 1911

Walter F. Cook, aged 29 years, died at his residence in Decatur yesterday 
morning at 1 o'clock. He is survived by his wife and three children. The 
funeral will be held in Pool's chapel this morning at 9 o'clock. Interment 
will be at Norcross Town Cemetery.
