of the State, because of him being a soldier in Company K 36th Ga Regiment. 
stating that she was his wife and they were married on 21st November 1865. 
Mrs. E. J. Etheridge was there to prove marriage by making a Affidavit of 
Witnesses to Prove Marriage and to Whom Date of Death of Husband.
