GEORGIA, GWINNETT COUNTY.
To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge or Justice of the Peace:
     YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO JOIN
Mitchell Dalton and Miss Anna Roe in the Holy State of Matrimony, if they are 
such persons as are by law authorized to marry, and this shall be your license 
for so doing, and you are required to return to me this license, together with 
the accompanying certificate, properly certified to as to the facts and date of 
said marriage.
     Given under my hand and official seal, this 29th day of Nov 1902

     I hereby certify that Mitchell Dalton and Miss Anna Rowe were this day 
duly joined in matrimony by me. This 29th day of Nov 1902.

Additional Comments:
Anna's last name was spelled Roe in the first certificate and spelled as Rowe 
in the proof of marriage. Anna also went by the last name of Smith while her 
mother Rebecca was married to Henry Smith. Many thanks to Randy Rowe for 
finding my lost lost ggrandmother/father's marriage date!
