MASON of the County of Gwinnett & State of Georgia being of very feeble health But of moderately sound & disposing mind & memory and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength so to do do make & publish this my last will and testament. And first I commit my Soul to God who gave it and my body I desire to be buried in a decent Christian order and my worldly estate I dispose of as follows: I desire that what I have of worldly good, & also my interest in my father's estate, or in my other estate, be equally divided between my two youngest sisters. (viz) Melissa Caroline MASON and Angelina Mascaline MASON. Executrix's to my said will. In witnesses whereof I the said Alexander M. Mason to this my will consisting of the above written matter have hereto set my hand & seal this the seventeenth day of August 1880. Alexander M. Mason sign & publish the written and foregoing as his last will and testament while of sound disposing mind and memory, that they witnessed the same for him at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other & in the presence of McKinny Pursell, the other witness to the said will, who also witnessed the same at the request of the said Testator, and in his presence, and that the same was executed voluntarily by him by him on the day that it purport's to have been executed.
