I Mary A. RICHARDSON of said County being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking
all other wills I have heretofore made.
First:  I give and bequeath to  my daughter Clodissa , wife of P.Y.( F?)
CONNALLY, all my property both real and personal whether situated in this
State or elsewhere and especially do I give and bequeath to my said 
daughter all that land or parcel of land situated in said County same 
being parts of land lots No's 163-168 of the sixth district of said 
County. Bounded as follows on the North by lands of J.W. WEBB known as
the Gus DICKERSON "old place"  on the East by W.C. COFEN South by NESBIT 
lands, West by Moses RICHARDSON and W.A. BAGGETT land.  All the land that 
I inherited from the Estate of John CARROLL my father.  Containing one 
hundred and fifty two acres more or less .
Second: At the death of my said daughter Clodissa CONNALLY, I request that
this said tract of land shall be given to her bodily heirs to their own 
further use.
Third:  I hereby constitute and appoint T. (F.?) NESBIT executor of this
will and direct him to qualify and carry out this my will. 
In witness I have hereto set my hand and assigned my seal this Sept. day of
5th 1893

Signed declared and published by Mary A. RICHARDSON as her last will and
testament in our presence we signing same as witnesses (at her instance 
and request) she signing in our presence and we in her presence and we 
in the presence of each other.
