Hereby revolking all wills by me at any time hertofor made Item 1st I will and bequeath to my beloved sisters, Mary Fannie and Jane Stephenson one hundred and seventy five acres of Land being part of lot number fifty five, and also twenty five acres of land being part being part of lot number Sixty Three, Both Tracts Being in the Seventh District of Gwinnett County in the Said State, In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of March 1862 In the presence of His J.W.
