Stephenson of the County and State aforsaid Being of Sound disposing mind Memory and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while in good health do make and publish this my last will and testament. Hereby revolking all wills by me at any time hertofor made Item 1st I will and bequeath to my beloved sisters, Mary Fannie and Jane Stephenson one hundred and seventy five acres of Land being part of lot number sixty four, and also Sixty two and on half acres being the part of lot numbers sixty five, both tracks being in the seventh District of Gwinnett County in Said State, In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of March 1882 In the presence of J.W.
