February Term 1863 The Court met to day Monday the 4th Feby and there being no business adjourned until the 1st Monday in March 1863 March Term Court Ordering 1863 Malissa Whitfield having ____ made application to this Court for Sellers of Administration upon the Estate of Ray Whitfield deceased late of said County, And whereas the usual citation required by law: having been published in the “Southern Watchman” a public Gazette of this state and she having required with all the other _____ of the law. It is hereby ordered that Sellers of Administration do issue to Malissa Whitfield as administration of said Estate. I Malissa Whitfield do sollemly swear that Ray Whitfield deceased died without any will so far as I know or believe.
