Deed to Lots 86 & 87 in 11th District

This Indenture made on the 18th November 1869.  Witnesseth that in 
consideration of Four Hundred Dollars, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars of the 
same paid to me in one mule and wagon, and a note given at this date for the 
remaining One Hundred and Fifty, by Robert M. West, I hereby bargain sell and 
convey unto the said Robert M. West a certain tract or parcel of Land 
containing twenty eight and a half acres of land, lying in the 11th District of 
said County, being part of the 86 & 87 heretofore conveyed to me by Jordan 
McAfee, and whereon is situate a grist and saw mill, to have and to hold the 
above described property, (more fully described in deeds from the said McAfee 
to me) unto him the said Robert M. West his heirs and assigns forever, unto 
whom I will forever warrant and defend the title to said premises with all the 
appurtenances thereto against myself and all other persons.
