Funeral Services For Mr. M. T. Black Held At Bethlehem, Sunday Mr. Messer Trammell Black died at his home near Clarkesville, Saturday May 10, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cordelia Black; by three sons, Lee Black, Atlanta; Jesse and Robert Black, Clarkesville; by three daughters, Mrs. Altus Burrell and Mrs. Earl Whitmire, Toccoa; and Mrs. Guy Trotter, Clarkesville; by sixteen grand-children, one great-grandchild, and a number of other relatives. Funeral services were held at eleven o'clock Sunday morning at Bethlehem Baptist church, with Rev. Weldon English officiating. Appropriate musical selection were rendered by the Gastley quartette. Serving as pallbearers were the following: Messrs. J. C. Hames, Grady Black, Harry Black, Jr., C. D. Hames, George Camp and Will Howard.
