Funeral services were held Monday morning at 11'oclock at the graveide in Coile Cemetery, Rev. A.Y. Bailey, paster of Comer Methodist Church officiating. Interment was in Coile Cemetery, Bernstein Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Surviving Mrs. Crumley are two daughters, Mrs. W.J. Loyd, Athens, and Miss Lou Crumley, Madison County; two sons, C.L. and J.F. Crumley; son-in- law, D.H. Kird, Danielsvile. Twenty-two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive her. Mrs. Crumley was a native of White County and had lived in Madison County for the past 27 years. She was a member of Colbert Methodist Church and was a beloved woman whose death will bring sadness to the hearts of a large circle of admiring friends. Note from the submitter: Rachel Crumley, nee Cason, was the widow of W.J. Crumley. Both families originated from the Habersham/White county area.
