The Rev. Larry Free, the Rev. Raymond Payne and the Rev. Grady Welch officiated, with burial in Yonah Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hill died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003, at Habersham County Medical Center following an extended illness. Born in Tellico Plain, Tenn., on Feb. 10, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Annie Hamilton Coleman. She was a homemaker and was retired from International Outerwear. Mrs. Hill was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth K. Hill. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Nyoka and Jack Canup of Clarkesville, Lodema and Dennis Perry of Conyers; son and daughter-in-law, the Rev. Gerald and Nancy Harden of Carlsbad, N.M.; sister, Doris Welch of Cedartown; brothers, Gene Coleman of Cleveland, Ohio, Hoyt Coleman of Michigan; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Hillside Memorial Chapel, Clarkesville, was in charge of arrangements.
