Willie Mae Harris Moore 

Funeral services for Willie Mae Harris Moore, 85, of Toccoa
were held June 16 at 2 p.m. at Zebulon Baptist Church,
Toccoa. Burial was in the church cemetery. 

Mrs. Moore died Thursday, June 13, 2002, at Stephens County
Hospital following an extended illness. 

She was the daughter of the late Henry and Bessie Harris of
Mt. Airy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis
Moore; son, Bill Moore; and brothers, Odell Harris, Ernest
Harris, Joe Harris. 

Mrs. Moore and her husband were owners of Moore’s Food
Market in Toccoa for many years. She was a member of Zebulon
Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her sons, Rodney Moore, Gary Moore, both
of Toccoa; daughters, Kathryn Fry, Jean Cash, both of
Toccoa; sisters, Emma Lou Jones, Jimmie Boyd, Imogene
Simpson, Betty Fry, all of Mt. Airy; eight grandchildren;
and 18 great-grandchildren. 

Acrey-Davis Funeral Home, Toccoa, was in charge of
arrangements.
