Obituary for C H "Doc" Carswell was published Aug 19, 1965 in The Toccoa (GA) 
Record, Toccoa GA. It states Mr Carswell was born in Burke Co NC to the late 
Rev Zack Carswell & Nancy Britton Carswell. Mathews-Sisk Mortuary, Toccoa GA 
handled the arrangements. 
Book "Stephens County, Georgia And Its People, Vol. 1" lists his name as 
Charles Hadden Carswell Sr.
Obituary for Mrs Margaret Ellard Carswell was published Oct 20, 1983 in The 
Toccoa (GA) Record, Toccoa Ga. It states Ms Carswell was born in Stephens Co GA 
to the late Benjamin J and Alice Holmes Ellard. Whitlock Mortuary, Toccoa GA 
was in charge of the arrangements.
Book "Stephens County, Georgia And Its People, Vol. 1" lists her name as Ora 
Margaret Ellerd.
