WARRANT OF APPRAISEMENT, Estate of John Grant

State of Georgia, Hall County.

			Ordinary's Office For Said County

TO David T. Couch, J. M. Whelchel, Madison McKinney, D. J. Watson and T. L. 
Robinson

You, or a majority of you, are hereby required, on oath, fairly and justly to 
Appraise and Value all of the Personal Property belonging to the Estate of John 
Grant, late of said county, deceased, as far as is produced to you by Hiram 
Grant the Executor of said Estate; and also, all the Real Estate belonging to 
said deceased lying in said county, and certify the same by your signatures in 
terms of law.

Witness, My Hand and Official Signature, this 5th day of October 1891.

Of the Real and Personal Property belonging to the Estate of John Grant, 
deceased:

Land No. 8 Part of Lot number 8 in 10 District of Hall County supposed to be 
125 Acres more or less valued at $125-$325.

One Black Mule Appr. at Seventy Five Dollars

One Black Cow Appr. at Eleven Dollars

One Cow and Calf read  and white spotted Appr. at Eleven Dollars

One Heifer yearling Appr. at Three Dollars

Nine head of Hogs Appr. at Twenty Dollars

One Wash Pot and Two Tubs Appr. at Three Dollars.

One Syrup Barrel Appr. at Fifty Cents.

Farming Tools Appr. at Four Dollars.

Mecanic  Tools Appr. at Three and a half Dollars

One Feather Bead and Sted Appr. at Five and a Half Dollars

One Clock Appr. at Two Dollars

One one Horse Wagon Appr. at Ten Dollars

A lot of corne suposed to be 35 bush. more or less &17.50

1 lot of Foder suposed to be 3 hundred bundles $125

1 lot of Wheat 1/2 or 1 bush. at $125 per bush.
