Minutes 2 page 631 Rule Scire Ficias - Ord Court of Ordinary Tuesday Jany 4th 1842 In appearing to the court on the suggestion of Samuel Stephens that Henry Parks Administrator of Joshua Baker deceased is mismanaging said estate. On motion ordered that said Henry Parks be and is hereby ordered to be and appear at the next term of this court on the first Monday in March next then and there to answer said charge. And that the clerk of this court issue and order to be framed in the terms of Law in such case made and provided requiring the said Henry to appear and then and there abide the decision of said court.
