1. Just debts to be paid.
2. To Son: Frederick M Gowder - yellow girl Caroline 12 years of age and her increase; to granddaughter, daughter 
   of Frederick M Gowder, Amanda Gowder - one bed and furniture.
3. To grandson, son of David W Gowder, Frederick Gowder Jr - black boy Calhoun, age 2.
4. To son, Harvey L Gowder - black woman Minda age 40 and her increase.
5. To daughter Arlevy Furr, wife of Stephen G Furr - one bed, furniture, $6 money.
6. To daughter Armanday Rucker, wife of Wiley Rucker - $3 money.
7. Balance of money divide among sons, F M Gowder, D W Gowder and Harvey L Gowder.

Wiley Rucker of Franklin County Georgia enters a caveat on the following grounds
1. Olivia Gowder was not of sound and disposing mind and memory.
2. Will not executed freely.
3. Unduly influenced.
4. Will is unfair.
5. Olivia Gowder was an imbecile.
6. Will is not correctly drawn - Made by Arlevy Gowder, signed by Olivia Gowder
    One child is left out, an unknown person is a legatee.
