Arthur Edwards

Murrayville - Funeral services for Arthur Edwards, 76, Murrayville Route 1, 
will be held tomorrow (April 1) at 3 p.m. from Wahoo Baptist Church with Rev. 
Dean Bryant, Guy Lee and Ernest Barden and Martin Wheeler officiating with 
interment in the Church cemetery.

The body is at the residence. Mr. Edwards died yesterday at the residence 
following a sudden illness.

A native of White County, Mr. Edwards had lived in Hall County for 68 years. 
He was a retired farmer and a member of Wahoo Baptist Church.

Survivors include seven sons: Will Edwards, Lithonia; Claude and Fred Edwards, 
both of Murrayville Route 1; Clarence and Dennis Edwards, both of Gainesville; 
Earl Edwards, Gainesville Route 9; Ernest Edwards, Clermont Route 1; two 
daughters, Mrs. Oscar Sayne, Clermont Route 1; Mrs. Edgar Turpin, Gainesville 
route 10; half-brother, George Edwards, Anderson, S.C; 16 grandchildren; 11 
great-grandchildren.

Ward's Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
