F. M. Johnson Dies After Being Hit by Auto Driven by Mrs. Palmour Gainesville, Ga., July 19- Colonel Fletcher M. Johnson, attorney of state-wide prominence, died at this place this afternoon as a result of fever which set in after he was run down by an automobile driven by Mrs. Hayne Palmour last week. Colonel Johnson was one of the most prominent attorneys in Gainesville and his friends were numbered by the entire population. He represented the Cantrell brothers. In addition to his wife he is survived by the following children: Colonel Hammond Johnson, junior member of the law firm of Johnson and Johnson; Fletcher Johnson, Edward Johnson, and Mrs. Carrie Dunbar, Macon, besides two small children by his second wife.
