Gainesvile, Ga., March 24- Mrs. S. A. Langston died suddenly at the home of Mrs. Aaron S. Whelchel, where she was making her temporary home with her son-in-law, Ben H. Whelchel, at 6 o'clock this morning, her death being sudden and due to heart failure. She was 68 years of age, and was the mother of P. C. Langston, of Washington, Ga., claim agent for the Seaboard Air Line railway, and Mrs. John B. Brown, of Charlotte, N. C., both of whom have been notified of their mother's death, but have not had yet reached the city. Until word is received from the children, no funeral arrangements have been made. Mrs. Langston was the relict of Colonel Langston, who, at the time of his death, was a well-known lawyer of Gainesville.
