Myers, Flowery Branch-Funeral services will be held tomorrow for J. D. Myers, 80, Flowery Branch, route 3, who died yesterday following a long illness. The services will be held from the Holly Springs Baptist Church at 3 p.m. with the Rev. J. Alvin Smith and the Rev. Dan Ryder officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Myers, a retired farmer, had been a life-long resident of Hall County. He had been a member of the Calvary Baptist Church for over 50 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cordie Myers, Hancock Avenue, Gainesville; two sons, Dean Myers Gainesville, route 3; Robert Myers, U.S. Army, Ft. Jackson, S.C.; 10 daughters, Mrs. Dolie Smith, Gainesville; Mrs. Hoyt Myers, Atlanta; Mrs. Andrew Smith, Flowery Branch, route 3; Mrs. Corbin Greenway, Gainesville; Mrs. Willard Satterfield, Gainesville; Mrs. Roy Sullivan, Demorest; Mrs. James Yearwood, Jefferson; Mrs. Billy Talley, Chicopee; Mrs. Roy Collins, Dawsonville; three step-sons, Narvis Seabolt, Habersham; Arvel Seabolt, Cleveland, route 1, one step-daughter, Mrs. Vernon Roberts, Anderson, S.C.; two brothers, Gin Myers, Gainesville; Melvin Myers, Clermont; three sisters, Mrs. Willie Smith, Clermont; Mrs. Baxter Oliver, Clermont; and Mrs. Newt Satterfield, Clermont. Vicker's Funeral home, Gainesville, has charge of arrangement.
