CHARLIE OWEN DIES AT HOTEL CADILLAC.

Charlie Owen, formerly assistant manager of the Piedmont hotel, was found dead 
yesterday morning in his room at the Cadillac hotel in New York.  The body will 
probably be brought to Gainesville, Ga., where the funeral and interment will 
take place. 
He is survived by his wife and one brother, Henry Owen, of Gainesville.  He was 
the son of Mrs. Mary M. Owen, of Gainesville, and was 41 years old.
Mr. Owen was assistant manager of the Piedmont hotel, when that hostelry was 
under the charge of W. V. Zimmer.  He left Atlanta for New York, where he 
became connected first with the Knickerbocker hotel, and later with Hotel 
Cadillac, which he was serving at the time of his death.
