Hall County's Ordinary Was Cousin of President Garfield. Gainesville, Ga., May 6- Judge Amzai Rudolph, for twelve years ordinary of Hall county, a gallant confederate captain during the civil war, and prominent citizen, died at his home here last night, aged 80 years. He is survived by his wife and four sons, Doctor John B., H. Latimer, and C. A. and J. A. Rudolph, and one daughter, Mrs. D. T. Quillian. Funeral services were held this afternoon and interment was at Alta Vista cemetery. Judge Rudolph was a native of Mentor, Ohio, and he was a first cousin of the late President Garfield.
