Sawyer. Body Was Taken to Gainesville Yesterday Morning. A very sad death which occurred Friday was that of Mrs. E. Sawyer, who was residing with her daughter, Miss Carrie Sawyer, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Bowman. Mrs. Sawyer had been ill for a long time and her death, although not unexpected, was sudden. Her other daughter, Mrs. Hamilton, who lives in Florida, was sent for, but arrived too late to see her mother alive. Besides these two daughters Mrs. Sawyer left a son, William, who resides in New Orleans. The body was taken to Gainesville yesterday, where Mrs. Sawyer's husband, who died several years ago, is buried. She leaves to her children a sweet memory of a noble and beautiful nature.
