Gainesville, Ga., January 31- A wedding of unusual interest, and one which will be quite a surprise to the friends of the contracting parties, occurred this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Colonel Albert P. Bell, of Waynesboro, and Miss Bertie Castleberry, of Dahlonega, were united in marriage at the residence of Z. T. Castleberry, on Washington street. Dr. J. A. Wynne, of this place, performed the ceremony. The wedding was quite a surprise,very few knew of it, and only the immediate family of the bride's uncle, Z. T. Castleberry, were present. Immediately after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Bell left for Atlanta. After a short bridal trip, they will return to Waynesboro, where their future home will be. The bride is the daughter of J. F. Castleberry, of Dahlonega, and is very popular and is a singularly attractive and beautiful young lasy. She is a graduate of Cox college, and is a sister of Mrs. J. C. Woodward, of College Park. The groom is very prominent in south Georgia, and is one of the most able lawyers in Waynesboro. He is a graduate of Mercer university law school and of the law school of the University of Virginia. The happy couple have the heartiest congratulations of their numerous friends throughout the state.
