A wedding of much interest throughout the state, as well as in Texas, the home of the bride, was that of Miss Pluma Alice Hughes, of Burleson, Texas, and Mr. Jewel O. Crow, of Oakwood, which took place Thursday, September 2, at the home of the bride in Burleson. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Hughes, who formerly lived in Oakwood, but who now reside in Burleson, Texas. Mr. and Mrs. Crow will make their home in Gillsville, Ga., where Mr. Crow goes to accept a position as principal of the Gillsville High school.
