     The following item from Sunday’s Constitution will be read with interest 
by many of our people:
“The marriage of Miss Nora Belle White to Mr. Sidney R. DeJarnette will be 
solemnized at the home of the bride-elect’s parents in Gainesville on the 21st  
of October. Miss White is the accomplished daughter of Rev. J. M. White, pastor 
of the First Methodist church in Gainesville. She is possessed of many lovely 
traits of character, and her charming personality has made for her host of 
admirers throughout the state. Mr. DeJarnette belongs to one of the best 
families in Georgia. His intellectuality and energy has brought him rapidly to 
the front in educational  work and his is now superintendent  of schools at 
Albany, Ga. The wedding will be a quiet home affair, only the immediate 
families of the contracting parties being present.”
