I Daniel Wofford of the said State and County, being of advanced age and knowing that I must shortly depart from this world, deem it right and proper both as I respects myself and my family that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. I therfore make this my last will and testament hearby revoking and annulling all others made by me. Item First. I desire and direct my body be buried in a decent and Christian-like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition. My soul, I trust, shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for Ethernal Salvation through the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whose religion I have professed and as I humble trust enjoyed for upwards of thirty years. Item Second. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors herein after named as I am unwilling my creditors should be delayed of their rights, especially as there is no necessity for delay. Item Third. I give and devise to my beloved wife, Tempee, with whom I have lived in the strictest quite and love for thirty-six years, two good farm horses, one good bed and bedstead and furniture, and one clock, one cow and her increase and twelve head of sheep with all of my kitchen furniture, with all of my stock hogs with reservation or limitation. Item Fourth. I give and bequeath to my beloved son, James Wofford, a lot of land, number Eighty-three in the twelth District of Hall County. 250 acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances to said lot of land in anywise appertaining and belonging forever and one clock and one Sorrell horse, saddle and bridle and one buro and one Yoke of Oxen, one Cow and bed and bedstead and furniture. Item Fifth. I devise to my beloved Son Jacob, one lot of land, number Eighty-Six in the twelth District of Hall County. 250 Acres more or less with Eighty acres of clear land on it more or less with my dwelling house and other buildings on the same. Also one Wagon and Yoke of Oxen for the use of the family the next Item to Jacob, my blacksmith tools with all of my farming tools belonging to my Pantations and one Cow and one Cupboard. Item Sixth. I devise to my Son Daniel one bed and bedstead and furniture and one Cow and calf. Item Seventh. I devise to my daughter Milly, one bed and bedstead and furniture and one cow and calf. Item Eighth. I device to my daughter Martha, one bed and bedstead and furniture and one Cow and calf. Item Ninth. Robert Lawrence John (X) Brown Ausbon Seay Georgia Hall County: We Robert Lawrence, John Brown, and Ausbon Seay do solomnly swear that we saw Daniel Wofford sign and seal the annexed writing by making his mark and publish the same as his last will and testament, that at the time thereof he was of sound disposing mind and memory and did the same of his own free will and choice, so far as we know or believe, And that we signed the same as witnesses in his presence and the presence of each other.
