Item first-I give bequeath and devise to my son J. I. Grant the one fourth interest in all the land owned by John Grant the Father of J. I. Grant Item Second-I give bequeath and devise to my son John Grant the one fourth interest in all the land owned by John Grant the Father of John John Grant also one heiffer about two years old also two hogs. Item Third-I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Francis Jane Grant the one fourth interest in all the land owned by John Grant the Father of Francis Jane Grant also one heiffer yearling about two years old also two hogs. Item fourth-I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Emily Indaaner Grant the one fourth interest in all the land owned by John Grant the Father of Emily Indaannar Grant also one Cow and two hogs. Item fifth- I give bequeath and devise to my two daughters Sarah Ann White and my daughter Miziah Clark one Dollar Each to be payed by the three youngest namly (next page) John Grant, Francis Ann Grant and Emily Indaanner Grant. all the within land being the homestead of John Grant undivided the Black mare mule ten or twelve years old the property of John Grant the Father of the within named Heirs except the two daughters Sarah Ann White and Miziah Clark the above described mule is to be kept for the use of the Family as long as they remain together. The remainder of the Household and kitchen furniture to be divided Equally between the three youngest-John, Francis Jane and Emily Indaannah. Item Sixth-I hereby Constitute and appoint Hiram Grant My Friend executor of this my last will and testament this January the 25th 1891.
