Chastain of the County of Hall and state of Georgia, being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do mane and publish this my last Will and testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Clara, all my property both real and personal, her to have the same during her lifetime or widowhood. After her death or widowhood the property to be sold to the best advantage, and be equally divided among my heirs. After Beulah and Wilford Celeborn & Reggie have received one hundred dollars each to make theirs even with my daughter Myrtle Stovall, should my wife Clara marry again her to receive a childs part of my estate such property to be sold both real and personal as is least advantage to the family, and all just debts to be paid on a sufficiency of the property be sold to pay all just debts. I do nominate my brother-in-law Robert B. Burruss of Forsythe Co. Ga., Executor of this My last will and testament. I also nominate my beloved wife Clara assistant Executrix of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this the (7) Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand nine hundred and two 1902.
