WILL May 7, 1889 William R Wilson deceased State of Georgia Hall County I being of said state and county and in sound mind and memory do make this last will and testament. First, I give to my wife Elizabeth Wilson all of my property, both real and personal, except for one black horse mule named "Dave" that I want my son Benjamin to have - this request is in lieu of her dower during her life or widowhood. I want my two eldest sons to take charge of and take control of said property to wit; William J. and Robert B.Wilson. At the death of my wife or her marriage to another I would like all my property divided equally amoung all my children. Witnesses were: J.D. Vandiver and B.M. Halloway.
