Pg. 199 Recpt of which I do hereby acknowledge have bargained, sold and by these presents do bargain & Sell unto the said Whittington Moor his eirs and Assigns forever a certain Tract or parsel of Land containing One Hundred & thirty one acres lying and being in the County aforesaid on the Waters of **** Sand creek: Beginning at a post Oak and running South Eighty Degrees East thirty Seven chains Seventy five links to a Stake corner thence North ten Degrees East thirty four chains to a pine corner. Thence North Eighty Degrees West forty Two chains to a pine thence Southwestwardly to the Beginning which Said Land was originally granted to William Reddock bounded as follows to wit West by Sarah Parkers land North by Abram Smith & Humphris East by Harberts and South by George Boys/Roys? land to have and to hold the Tract or parcel of Land with all the privileges and appertainences therunto belonging, or in anywise apportaining unto the said Whittington Moore his heirs and assigns forever and the Said Stephen Dikes his heirs Executors administrators or assigns will forever warrant and defend the aforesaid Tract or parsel of Land against the claimes or demands of any other person or persons whatsoever unto the Said Whittington Moore his heirs and Assigns forever in fee simple: In Witness whereof the Said Stephen Dike have hereunto Set my hand and fixed my Seale the day and Year above written Stephen Dikes (Seale) Signed Sealed & Delivered in the prescence of Hardy Herrington, Thomas Moore ***er Scarlett J.
