Witnesseth(?) that the said Francis Griffis/Griffin of the County and State aforesaid .........for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand .............the receipt whereof is hearby acknowledged,............. And I the said Drury Dun has herewith set my hand and affixed my seal, the day and date first above.........
