State of Georgia, Jasper County
To all People to whom these presents shall come I Isham Huckeby do send 
greeting.  Know ye that I the sd. I. Huckeby of the County of Jasper and State 
of Georgia Planter for and in consideration of the love and good will and 
Effections [sic] which I have and do bear towards my loving Son William 
Huckeby of the said State and county have given and granted and by these 
presents do firmly give and grant unto the Sd. William Huckeby his heirs 
executors or adminstrators [sic] all and Singular the Land Known by the name 
of Isham Huckebys lying in the County of Hancock and Sd. State boundered [sic] 
NE by unknown Land NW by Gillilands land SW by vacant Land and all the other 
parts vacant unknown Lands Containg [sic] 450 acres of which before the assign 
of these presence I have delivered him the Sd. William Huckeby an inventory 
signed with my hand and bearing even date.  To have and to hold all the Said 
Land in the Sd. Premises to him the Sd. William Huckeby his heirs Executors 
administrators from henceforth as his and there proper Rights absolutely 
without any maner of conditions in witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand 
and Seal this 23 November 1816.
