This indenture made the 3rd day of Nov. in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty two, between Henry G. Lundy of the one part and Milton Bass & George W. Bass of the other part all of said county. Witnesseth that the said Lundy for & in consideration of the sum of five hundred and seventy five dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, have granted bargained & sold & do bargain grant and sell unto the said Milton Bass and George W. Bass and to the survivors his heirs and assigns in trust to and for the sole and separate use of Ann Dickson during her life after her death then to such child or children as she may have living at the time of her death absolutely in ?? to the last will and testament of Edward S. Bass formerly decd. said purchase money ?? from the share of said Ann Dickson under said will. (the following tract of land lying in said county on the water of Dry Creek containing one hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less, saving ?? the widow Louisey Johnson's dower during her natural life and then to the said Milton and George W. Bass, situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid bounded as follows beginning on a hickory corner on Geo. W. Bass line near the road leaving to Wm. Shiver's mills, up said road to a pine corner on John M. Mason's line - then along said Mason's line to a white oak corner on a small branch. Down said branch to a Spanish oak corner on Mason's line - then along said line to a hickory corner, then along Mason's line to a corner on Dry Creek, thence down said creek to a branch on Martha Gonder's line, up said branch to a corner on said Martha Gonder's line - then along said line to a pine corner - then a straight line along Martha Gonder's line to the beginning corner containing one hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less known as the Henry Lundy tract of land). To Have and to Hold said bargain land and premises together with all and singular the rights appurtenances unto the said Milton & George W. Bass and the survivor of them, his heirs and assigns in trust to and for the use aforesaid forever in fee simple.
