Deed Book G, Page 52 & 53 David & Abigal McAllestor to William Stanton 26 February 1800 indexed State of Georgia: This Indenture made this TWENTY SIX DAY OF February, in the Year of our Lord, one thousand Eight hundred,and the twenty forth year of the ^Independance (sic) of the ^ United States, of America, between David McAllestor of the County of Hancock and State foresaid of the one Part, and William Stanton of the Said County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said David McAllestor & Abigal his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred dollars lawfull money of t he State to him in hand paid by the said William Stanton at or before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whairof (sic) is hearby acknouledged (sic), hat granted, bargained, Sold rereleased (sic) and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell release (sic) and confirm unto the said Wm Stanton his heirs and assigns all that – or parcel of Land containing five hundred acres, the the same more or less, situate lying and being in the said County of Hancock and State aforesaid: Butting and bianding (sic) as follows, to wit, __ [torn, missing copy] Beginning at a Maple corner on the lick Branch, thence South fifty _____along Barlings (sic) line to a pine corner, thence N. 45 E. 67 Chanes (sic) to a pine corner thence N 50 (symbol O—thru the O) W. 67 Caines (sic) to a post oak corner, thence S 35 W to a corner pine on the Still? House branch, thence N. 55 W. Poast (sic) Oak Corner, thence S 35 W to a Corner white oak on the Watery fork of Buffels thence down the Mianders (sic) of the _____(missing) to the mouth of the lick branch to a white oak corner, thence up the said __? Branch to the Beginning.) Together with all and singular, the rights members and appurtenances thereof, whatsoever, to the said tract of Land, being—belonging or in anyway appertaining. And the remainders, recissions (Sic) rents ifs (sic) --- missing d profits thereof, and of every part thereof.
